Royal Caribbean has revealed details of Icon of the Seas II, the follow-up to the world's largest cruise ship, set to debut in December 2026. The vessel will feature an expanded water park with eight waterslides, a FlowRider surf simulator, and the largest pool deck ever built on a cruise ship.

The ship will carry up to 7,600 passengers and offer 20 distinct neighborhoods including a new outdoor adventure zone with a zip line course spanning the length of the vessel. Dining options have been expanded to 42 restaurants, bars, and lounges.

Maiden voyage bookings for a seven-night Eastern Caribbean itinerary departing from Miami begin at $1,200 per person for interior cabins and $2,800 for balcony suites. Royal Caribbean reports that preview waitlists already exceed 50,000 names.
