Hyatt Hotels Corporation has launched Studios by Hyatt, a new extended-stay brand designed specifically for digital nomads and remote workers seeking accommodations for stays of 14 days or longer. The first 12 properties are opening across popular remote work destinations including Lisbon, Bali, Medellin, Bangkok, Austin, and Tulum.
Each Studios by Hyatt property features high-speed fiber internet, dedicated coworking spaces, full kitchens in every room, and complimentary laundry facilities. The brand also offers weekly community events, networking sessions, and curated local experiences designed to help guests connect with both fellow travelers and the local community.
Monthly rates start at $1,800 for studio apartments and $2,600 for one-bedroom units, positioning the brand between traditional hotels and apartment rentals. World of Hyatt members earn points on extended stays, and Globalist elite members receive suite upgrades when available. Hyatt plans to expand to 50 properties by 2028 based on what it describes as overwhelming demand from the growing remote work demographic.
